Lovely peaceful campsite. Not much to do around, but walks in the woods and a local pub will satisfy if you're into that. Amenities are clean and spotless. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Spent two nights here in motorhome. Ruth very plesant, welcoming and helpful. Amenities spotless. Park clean. Walks for dogs fab. Nearest pub worth a visit. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks again Ruth and see you soon 😊

right across the road to military odyssey. great family site. noise restrictions which everyone adhered to. staff friendly and very helpful. fish and chip van amazing. washing facilities one of the best camping sites. will definately be back

We arrived late and had to stand outside. That is the policy of the camp no matter what. They could have sent us code and pitch on a mail or text. Now we are real disappointed standing outside the last day in great Britain. ☹️Pulling down the good experience from all the other camps we have used in England and Scotland in the lst three weeks. We paid for a night and expect value for money not a pitc on the outside without water, power, wifi. To bad👎Bad service.

We stayed at this site for one night (wish it was more) it was beautiful. Toilets were spotless, site was beautiful and well maintained. We were late arriving and even thought Ruth had emailed me with the details of out stay she still remained behind to settle us in. Above and beyond. We have stayed in many sites and this is up there among the best

Great wardens. Very helpful. Offered long electric cable if ours not long enough. Good clean well kept site. 4 individual shower rooms with toilet and sink. Hot showers. All immaculately clean. Great woodland walk for the dog.

We are new to motor homing, so have no comparisons but what a lovely way to start! Beautiful site, lovely clean facilities. Our two dogs enjoyed the woodland walk, perfect and cool for the warm weather. Having ‘all the gear and no idea’, so were so relieved when lovely lady in charge came to our rescue with her knowledgeable friends when we had given up with our blow up awning ❤️

I swapped my Easter weekend holiday destination last minute to Oak View and the decision turned out to be worth it ! We had a few bumps along the way, like as soon as we parked our motorhome on our pitch we got stuck in the mud and needed towing off and there seemed to be an issue with the electric which took us hours to resolve but once we were settled in the "Love Island" pitch all seemed to go swimmingly ! The ladies on site couldn't have been more helpful and throughout the whole weekend it was always a topic of humour. The showers were hot and clean, toilets were as spotless and the walks directly from the camp site truly lovely. We had certainly been blessed with good weather which helped. I would recommend this camp site without hesitation but book early, make sure it hasn't been raining for the past month before so you don't get stuck and take a VERY long electric cable as I needed almost all 50 m of mine. But I believe this was due to extenuating circumstances. Thanks for the memorable stay and the only reason I gave 4 stars was because the view from "Love Island" isn't like it is on the TV ! ;-)

Fantastic welcoming hosts, made us feel very welcome. In our opinion a lovely intimate site with fantastic; clean washing, washing up and toilet/shower facilities. The individual toilet, sink and shower rooms were a real bonus. Lovely walks from the site into the surrounding area. A great first experience for us. Thank you
